Kelsey Attends ARCS Awards Dinner in Phoenix

The Phoenix Chapter of the ARCS foundation hosted the 46th annual awards dinner for 48 scholarship awardees from 3 Arizona Universities, UA, ASU, and NAU. Kelsey was recognized as a Spezler Scholar.
