Dr. Madhavan named to the inaugural class of Women of Impact

Congratulations to Dr. Madhavan for her recognition as a University of Arizona Women of Impact. The Office of Research, Innovation & Impact announced the Women of Impact Awards as an inaugural effort to embrace and empower women, who through their work at our university, are laying the groundwork for a better future. Dr. Madhavan was selected from more than 400 faculty and staff nominated. Selection criteria included commitment to the Office of Research , Innovation Impact’s mission and values, an application of skills toward discovery and innovation, the enrichment of our community, and the empowerment of others to ensure lasting change. The award ceremony will be held Wednesday August 24th at 3:00.
